COMMANDO SWEATER

This item was designed with the aim of recreating the Command Sweater simply by changing the knit pattern.

Normally, patches of a different fabric would be sewn onto the shoulders and elbows, but instead they have been switched to a continuous jersey knit.
Although this is a heavy item with a tight silhouette, we have adjusted it to have a loose and relaxed silhouette that is characteristic of INNAT.
I wanted to maintain the texture of the vertical ribbing on the surface, so I changed to rib stitch to keep the texture but make it lighter.
The cuffs, hem and collar are made with jersey knit so that they turn over to the outside, making this a light and comfortable item.
The material is a melange-like blend of Gima cotton thread, which has been flattened with glue using a resin, and thin thread mixed with Japanese paper.
The main yarn used is textured, giving it a dry touch similar to hemp and a light, refreshing feel.
